Job Title: Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN

Location: Christiansburg, VA (In-Home Patient Care)

Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Hours Available) (PT Hours Available) 

Pay: $30-34hrly (based on experience)

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled  Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN to provide one-on-one care for a patient in a personal setting in Christiansburg, VA. This position is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable with hands-on care and enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and families.

As a  Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN , you will be providing care for a patient with a PEG tube, supporting both the patient and their family in the home environment.

Responsibilities of Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN:

• Provide direct patient care in a personal setting
• Administer and monitor PEG tube feedings
• Perform routine assessments and monitor patient condition
• Assist with medication administration as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient progress
• Support the patient and family in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with family members and care team

Qualifications of Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN:

• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience with PEG tube care and feedings preferred
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work independently in a personal setting
