Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Merchandise Coordinator with 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, production, inventory, or operations, preferably within the apparel/fashion industry . Key Responsibilities: Coordinate merchandise production, inventory, orders, and deliveries. Track production schedules, inventory levels, purchase orders, and shipments. Maintain and analyze inventory and production reports using Microsoft Excel . Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams. Monitor product availability and resolve production or inventory issues. Maintain accurate product, inventory, and order records. Support merchandising and production teams with reporting and day-to-day operations. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, production, inventory, or operations. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting. Apparel, fashion, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products experience preferred. Strong knowledge of production and inventory processes. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
