Job Overview As a Party Coordinator at Catch Air, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable celebrations for children and their families. Your role will include hosting vibrant birthday parties, ensuring a safe and fun environment, and delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities Host Memorable Parties: Lead exciting birthday celebrations and ensure every guest has an amazing time. Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a smile, assist with purchases, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the facility spotless to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Promote Products and Services: Upsell merchandise and additional services to enhance the guest experience. Support Operations: Assist with other duties as needed to maintain smooth operations during shifts. Skills & Qualifications Required: Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 16 years old. Desired skills: Previous customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent.
