Your Role as a Treatment Coordinator

You will be responsible for guiding patients through treatment decisions with clarity, confidence, and empathy by:

• Presenting treatment plans and financial options in a clear, patient-friendly manner 
• Verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage, estimates, and out-of-pocket costs 
• Managing pre-authorizations and following up on pending treatment 
• Scheduling treatment to support provider productivity and case acceptance 
• Coordinating closely with dentists, assistants, and front desk teams 
• Collecting payments and supporting billing-related workflows 
• Maintaining accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance 
• Building trust-based relationships that drive treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction 

What We’re Looking For

• Dental office experience required 
• Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred 
• Dental coding and insurance knowledge preferred 
• Strong background in treatment planning, case presentation, and patient communication 
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through 
• Confident, professional presence with patients 
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental software preferred 
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience
