Dental Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator Dental Serenity — Manhattan, New YorkFull-Time | $30–$32 per hour Responsibilities: Manage the schedule and maintain productive patient flow Present treatment plans and financial options Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment Support case acceptance and practice growth Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate coverage Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service Collect patient payments and discuss financial arrangements Build positive relationships with patients and team members Help create a welcoming, organized, and high-quality patient experience Qualifications: General dentistry experience is required Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, positive, dependable, team-oriented and amazing attitude Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments Able to multitask in a busy dental environment Willing to learn and contribute to the growth of the practice What We Offer: $30–$32 per hour, based on experience Paid time off Competitive benefits package Opportunity to grow with the practice If you have strong GP dental experience, enjoy connecting with patients, and want to grow with a boutique dental practice, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dental Serenity
