Employer-Side Practice – Represent sophisticated employers across a broad range of Employment Litigation and workplace advisory matters. Cross-Border Employment – Advise multinational businesses on U.S. and international workforce issues rarely encountered in traditional Employment Litigation roles. Balanced Practice – Combine sophisticated Employment Litigation with strategic employment counseling and workplace advisory work. Partner-Track Opportunity – Join a collaborative international practice offering genuine long-term career progression. Competitive Package – $225,000 base salary, hybrid working and an annual billable expectation of approximately 1,700 hours. The Role Handle sophisticated employer-side Employment Litigation involving Wage & Hour, discrimination and workplace disputes. Advise multinational employers on U.S. and cross-border Employment matters. Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery and other substantive work product. Support workplace investigations, employment counseling, depositions and hearing preparation. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and complex client matters. About You 1-3 years' Employment Litigation experience. Background in international or cross-border Employment Law. Active California Bar admission in good standing. Strong academic credentials with excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills. Experience within a top-tier Employment practice is highly regarded. Location San Francisco Bay Area, California. Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office. Package Base salary of $225,000. Approximately 1,700 annual billable hours.
