Analyst, Employee Data Management

This role is part of the HRIS team within the People Division. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and compliant employee data across HR systems, ensuring payroll accuracy, labor compliance, and a positive employee experience. By safeguarding data integrity and system reliability, you help mitigate financial and legal risks while driving operational efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HRIS platforms and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Maintain and validate employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Enforce labor contract rules and regulatory requirements within HR processes.
• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate pay.
• Lead and execute system testing for HRIS upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Develop and implement data management best practices to improve system reliability.

All you'll need for success:

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in HR data management, HRIS administration, or related role

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:

• 5 years of experience in HRIS, employee data management, or labor compliance within a complex organizational structure
• Experience with SAP Employee Central, and union contract interpretation

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

• HRIS system proficiency
• Working knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
