Project Manager Senior, Geisinger Health Plan (East Coast resident / EST)

Job Summary Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion, including end-to-end management of Pennsylvania DHS HealthChoices procurements, serving as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external proposal development consultants. Job Duties Point of contact on assigned projects and internal project lead for the HealthChoices RFP. Assemble, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary technical review teams and proposal development teams. Facilitate and troubleshoot problems associated with developing complex systems and coordinating design projects. Provide technical and management advice to department management and personnel. Respond to inquiries about projects. Chair various project review and pre-submittal meetings. Establish and maintain liaison as required with boards, committees, and commissions. Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Perform project design for civil engineering projects. Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties. Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job-specific obligations and complying with all organizational policies and procedures. Preferred Skills/Experience Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline project management and/or RFP writing workflows, reducing administrative burden, improving team productivity, and supporting high-quality, timely deliverables.
