- 510 years of combined experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst within financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment operations, trade lifecycle, client onboarding, settlements, reconciliations, and operational processes.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
