Work Model:
- On-Site
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Build, troubleshoot, and improve automation systems, including robotics, control systems, and AVI systems
- Replace and install electrical components (sensors, motors, wiring, panels) using schematics and layouts
- Diagnose machine issues by interpreting robot, AVI, and control software logic flows
- Document software and hardware changes accurately, including updates in Azure and source control
- Mentor and train employees in automation techniques while supporting production and project teams
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, robotics, electronics, and computercontrolled systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical designs
- Proficiency with PLC, HMI, camera systems, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office
- Solid troubleshooting and reasoning skills to solve technical issues involving multiple variables
- Mathematical competency, including fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages, and basic trigonometry
