About the Position

Job Title: Nursing Position Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med Surg & PCU Duration: Travel Assignment Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2 years of PCU mixed with Med Surg/Tele experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 2 years of PCU mixed with Med Surg/Tele experience - BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications - EMR proficiency in Epic - Prior travel experience preferred - Degree accreditation or 5 years of experience Description: Will be working in a Med Surg and PCU environment. Floating required, including to other units and campuses. Home base will be a Med Surg/Tele Floor. Unit with a 36-bed capacity. Patient-to-nurse ratios of 5 to 6:1. Culture is very important; travelers are welcomed into the units and expected to function as core staff. All scheduling requests must be submitted prior to application submission. Compliance with demographic information is mandatory for application processing. Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending documents.
