Position Overview AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Member Services Representative to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will help clients understand their benefits, answer questions, and provide a professional client experience from the first conversation through follow-up. This remote opportunity provides training, warm leads, mentorship, and an income structure with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads

Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments

Identify client needs through customer-focused conversations

Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options

Help clients understand available benefits and coverage choices

Provide responsive follow-up and client support

Maintain organized records and professional documentation

Attend training, coaching, and team development meetings

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
