Dr. Buzza is open to selling the practice outright to the right person when alignment is clear. He would stay on under contract to ensure a smooth transition, promote goodwill with patients, and support the new owners success. The pace and expectations here require someone who can confidently walk into a hygiene exam, diagnose what theyre seeing, and communicate a treatment plan to a fee-for-service patient without hesitation.
