Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Nurse – Telemetry/Med-Surg

Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, including every other weekend.

Assignment Details: Must be able to work independently and perform charge nurse duties. This position also requires floating to other units as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a telemetry and medical-surgical environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to patient care.
