Registered Nurse RN

Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical Specialty Acute Care Unit, providing direct patient care for non-trauma surgical and medical inpatients. Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process, supporting a multidisciplinary team approach, prioritizing patient wellness and safety, precepting new staff, and contributing to evidence-based practices in a fast-paced environment. Clinical support includes specialty education and competency validation. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board, RN licensure, at least 6 months of RN experience, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Experience in acute care preferred.
