Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health qualification, including preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Necessary Certifications

• Completion of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of hire.
• Maintain up-to-date certification during employment tenure.
