Location: Piedmont Macon Medical Center - EM , Macon , Georgia Patient Volume: 40,000Hospital Beds: 310ED Beds: 30Great Specialty supportPHY Coverage: 38 hrsNP/PA Coverage 24 hrsEMR: Epic W/ Dragon and Dax available Education/Training: Completed Residency at an accredited ACGME institution Clinical Experience: Unknown License: Active & unrestricted GA State medical license; DEA with GA address Board Certification: ABMS/AOA certified or Board eligible in EM only. If BE, must be obtained 5 years post residency/fellowship training. Merit Badge: ACLS, PALS, & ATLS. If ABEM, then ATLS not required. Immunizations: TB, Flu (during season) Case Log: Clinical activity for the past 2 years CME/CEU: 2 year summary or certificates. 20 per year. Specific Facility Procedures: Unknown Malpractice Coverage: $100K/$300K Additional Details: NPPA Supervision required. Pre-application is required and to be paid by the MDDO. Temps are considered but only after the CVO releases the file and must be reviewed at the CC meeting.
