Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Contract Term: September 1 June 30
Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience About the Role:
This position will begin as a floating assistant teacher for the 20262027 school year, with a clear pathway to transition into a lead teacher role based on experience and performance. It's a wonderful opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative school community. Qualifications:
AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for ages 2.56
Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience in a Montessori environment
Bachelor's degree in any field (Early Childhood Education preferred)
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
A genuine love for children and a deep commitment to their growth and development
Patience, compassion, and a warm, nurturing presence
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and comfortably engage with children at floor level
Candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent and punctual attendance. Why our school?
