A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Senior Medicare Program Manager.

• Pay Range - $34.00-37.00 an hour
• Schedule – M-F 8am-4:30pm - Hybrid Position - Remote/Field Visits
• Benefits – active after 90 days
• Travel required

Responsibilities

• Oversee statewide delivery and administration of the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) program.
• Supervise and support four Regional Program Specialists.
• Manage federal grant requirements, program policies, reporting, data analysis, and compliance.
• Monitor program performance, quality measures, and database reporting.
• Provide technical assistance and consultation on complex Medicare fraud, abuse, and error cases.
• Develop and oversee statewide outreach, education, and community engagement efforts.
• Build partnerships with aging organizations, government agencies, service providers, and community stakeholders.
• Develop outreach plans, campaigns, tracking systems, and materials to increase Medicare beneficiary awareness.
• Represent SMP in meetings, trainings, webinars, conferences, and with federal partners.
• Identify program needs and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, social work, public health, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and implementing human services programs or projects.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in human services education, outreach, research, or training.
• Strong knowledge of human services program administration and operations.
• Prior experience working within a statewide human services program.
• Prior experience working as a federal grantee and with federal grant reporting.
• Prior supervisory experience or progressive experience within a human services program.
• Knowledge of the goals, objectives, principles, and practices of human services administration and program operations.
