Change Enablement Specialist

Supporting a major transformation initiative, the full-time contract Change Enablement Specialist will execute change management activities, develop communications, and coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts in a remote role available to U.S.-based candidates. Key responsibilities Execute change management activities in support of transformation and deployment initiatives Develop, edit, and maintain stakeholder communications, presentations, and change-related materials Coordinate communication review and approval processes across multiple stakeholder groups Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience supporting organizational change management or related transformation initiatives Experience executing change management activities within established project or program environments Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating polished stakeholder-facing presentations Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred
