Procurement Specialist

responsibilities:

Prepare bidders' lists, prequalify vendors, form bid packages, issue bid requests, and manage bidder questions.
Develop Commercial Bid Summaries and award recommendations while securing required project approvals.
Guide Engineering and internal teams on material requisitions to align technical needs with procurement execution.
Form, issue, and administer purchase orders, processing scope and cost revisions alongside contract correspondence.
Monitor supplier performance for conformance to commercial terms and ensure full compliance with order requirements for Our Client.

qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Education: Bachelors
