CNC Turning Operator 2nd shift

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Ready for your next opportunity? Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring CNC Turning / Milling Operator for our second shift. Starting pay range of $26.00 to $30.00/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential. At Regal Rexnord, our people make all the difference in our success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Set up to operate CNC Lathe and Milling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines. · Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary. · Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work. · Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy. · Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications, and instructions to determine proper operation sequences. · Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments. · Move completed material to the next workstation. · Maintain clean and safe work environment. Education and Experience Requirements · One year certificate from college or technical school preferred. · Minimum 1-3 years' experience. · Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions. · Mechanically inclined with strong math skills. · Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds. · Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
