Homecare Reimbursement Specialist

Job Responsibilities Determine and obtain appropriate funding for each episode through insurance verification and authorization. Verify Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and confirm that reimbursement criteria are met. Enter referral and authorization data into the system. Reauthorize services as needed. Input orders, medications, and OASIS entries for paper clinicians. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of applicable experience, such as with the Family Care Safety Registry of the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes. Job Details Full Time, Day shift, United States of America.
