This is an opportunity for a highly skilled attorney with significant experience advising clients on sophisticated estate planning matters.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of estate planning experience with deep expertise in complex strategies, including high-net-worth estate plans, advanced trust structures, tax-driven planning, business succession, and wealth transfer matters.Key Responsibilities:Counsel individuals and families on advanced estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategiesManage complex matters involving tax planning, asset protection, charitable giving, and business successionDraft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyCollaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other legal staff to deliver comprehensive planning solutionsMentor attorneys and support the continued growth of the practiceRequirementsQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Illinois bar admission in good standing10+ years of estate planning experienceDemonstrated expertise in complex estate planning mattersStrong client relationship management and communication skillsPrior leadership experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:$175,000 – $300,000, with flexibility based on experience, expertise, and overall backgroundComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), CLE reimbursement, and paid time offOur specialized recruiting team leverages deep market expertise and proprietary tools to connect top talent with exceptional opportunities.Job typePerm
