Associate Attorney

Assist clients with estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related documents Handle probate and estate administration matters Support elder law matters and provide guidance to clients and families Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other professionals Manage assigned matters while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism Develop and expand legal skills through hands‑on experience and mentorship Key Responsibilities Assist clients with estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related documents Handle probate and estate administration matters Support elder law matters and provide guidance to clients and families Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other professionals Manage assigned matters while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism Develop and expand legal skills through hands‑on experience and mentorship Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the applicable state bar Up to 5 years of legal experience preferred Experience or strong interest in estate planning, probate, and elder law Background in litigation, real estate, tax, or related practice areas is a plus Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing positively in a small firm setting Strong commitment to client service and professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
