Associate Attorney

Lipe Lyons is a civil litigation firm in Chicago that is looking for an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The firm is growing organically thanks to increased work from both existing and new clients. The position will provide immediate and substantial opportunities to represent sophisticated clients in complex civil litigation. Associates are typically assigned 10-15 cases in various stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to trial. The associate will be involved in construction, product liability, professional liability, transportation, commercial, and general liability litigation. Qualified candidates will be licensed to practice in Illinois. An ideal candidate will have practical experience drafting pleadings and motions, answering written discovery, attending court and arguing dispositive motions, and taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions. Lipe Lyons is a highly collaborative firm. Associate attorneys work closely with more senior associates and partners on a daily basis.
