Associate, Account ManagerOtis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Associate, Account Manager to join our team in Roseville, Minnesota. In this customer-focused role, you will manage and strengthen account relationships, support customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and help drive account retention and growth.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service, account management, relationship-building, or sales skills who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively with customers and operations teams.On a Typical Day You Will:Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts.Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including billing, scheduling, maintenance records, insurance documentation, and service concerns.Maintain regular customer communication to strengthen relationships and understand account needs.Identify opportunities for service sales, repairs, renewals, and account growth.Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and knowledge of the local market.Conduct account planning and needs assessments to support sales and renewal strategies.Partner with Service Operations to help resolve customer concerns and support a positive customer experience.Use Otis sales tools to manage opportunities, maintain pipeline activity, and forecast sales results.What You Will Need To Be Successful:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.Previous sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred.Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external customers.Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and responsibilities.Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft-based technology and comfort learning sales and business systems.Otis is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
