What You'll Do

As an Engineer on the Clinic Platform team, you'll build and scale the systems that power our clinician and patient experiences end-to-end.

• Design, build, and own fullstack features across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups)
• Partner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high-quality user experiences
• Build scalable backend services and APIs that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, labs, and third-party partners
• Develop modern frontend applications (React-based) that power internal clinician tools and member-facing experiences
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security across critical healthcare flows
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and system design for a rapidly evolving platform
• Drive experimentation and iteration, enabling rapid product improvements while maintaining high quality
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigor

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling fullstack applications
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript)
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (or similar) building APIs and distributed systems
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern deployment practices
• Familiarity with observability, performance tuning, and production debugging
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and accountability

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range $160,000 - $215,000 USD
