Job Overview Chestnut Land Company, the nation’s largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, is seeking a high-energy General Manager for our Charlotte Premium Outlets location. This role is fully responsible for the overall supervision, daily operations, and profitability of the store. You will lead team recruitment, ensure operational excellence, and uphold Auntie Anne’s celebrated standards for product quality and customer service. Base Salary: $52,000-$61,750 per year.
