Our agency opened in 1992 and is a close-knit team of three dedicated to serving our customers and community. From the beginning, I’ve been driven by a passion for communication and helping people improve their lives, which led me to a career in insurance.

I’m a graduate of Southern University of Baton Rouge and a proud spouse and parent of four. As a family, we enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever we can. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Arnel Bolden - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
