About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 1992 and is a close-knit team of three dedicated to serving our customers and community. From the beginning, I’ve been driven by a passion for communication and helping people improve their lives, which led me to a career in insurance.

I’m a graduate of Southern University of Baton Rouge and a proud spouse and parent of four. As a family, we enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever we can. We stay actively involved in the community by supporting local organizations, providing scholarships to students, offering meals during the holidays, and supporting teachers and administrators at local schools.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
