Business Operations Manager, Customer Success Zscaler

This role supports the global Technical Success organization at a cybersecurity company, partnering with leaders across regions to drive operational discipline. The work involves managing business operating rhythms, supporting resource and headcount planning, coordinating business reviews and planning cycles, and building dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into performance. The employer wants 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, customer success operations, finance, or a similar function, along with strong skills in planning, resource management, KPI reporting, and operational analysis. Experience supporting cross-functional or customer-facing teams and building leadership dashboards is expected, and familiarity with B2B SaaS or post-sales functions is a plus. This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Director of Business Operations within the Customer Success organization, with a base salary range of $108,500 to $155,000 USD.
