Registered Dietitian - Remote (IL)

Kickoff partners with Registered Dietitians (RDNs/RDs) to help clients form healthier, life changing habits. We are looking for RDs who are interested in driving impact by combining nutrition and fitness coaching.

Our Registered Dietitians deliver whole-person, preventative care, combining evidence-based nutrition guidance with personalized fitness programming and wellness habit building. Nutrition is at the core of all we do, yet we attract entirely different types of clients than other RD practices and engage them in even more impactful coaching that improves all aspects of their health. Our practitioners set their own hours, delivering client outcomes while maintaining flexible schedules. Integrated Exercise & Nutrition Coaching We're the only platform offering fully integrated exercise and nutrition coaching. Drive measurably better outcomes for your clients and expand your own clinical skillset. Our platform includes AI-assisted fitness programming tools that make it straightforward to deliver personalized exercise plans, even if fitness isn't yet your primary area of expertise. And if you don’t already have a CPT certification, we’ll help you get one. Real Earning Potential Full-time coaches should expect to earn $94,000–$140,000 annually (with part-time coaches expecting proportional pay). This range is achievable for full-time coaches following a 3 to 5 month ramp period. We’re transparent about that, but the path is clear and your compensation grows with your performance and client panel. We handle the full insurance credentialing and billing process on your behalf, so you can start seeing clients without the administrative lift that typically comes with building a telehealth practice. We’re actively expanding our payer network, which means your accessible client pool grows over time. More payers, more covered clients, more opportunity to do the work that matters. We handle all client marketing and sourcing, and most clients have no out-of-pocket cost, which means fewer barriers to commitment and better long-term retention. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver high-impact nutrition and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs tailored to each client's goals and health profile. Own client accountability and results, driving measurable outcomes including weight management, chronic disease support, and behavior change, while maintaining strong long‑term retention. Build genuine coach‑client relationships through consistent touchpoints via our app, messaging, and async video. Contribute to a strong coaching culture: share what's working, push the product forward, and hold a high bar for care quality.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) license with current CDR registration Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to engage, motivate, and retain clients, including those who are resistant or difficult to reach 1+ years of direct one-to-one client experience Genuine interest in fitness and exercise as part of comprehensive wellness care US-based; fully remote eligible Availability to commit to a minimum of 15 client-facing hours per week once fully ramped, with a preference for coaches who want to make Kickoff their primary professional role

NICE TO HAVE

Current or previous Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification or equivalent experience Experience in telehealth, digital health platforms, or startup environments

Job Type: 1099 role, with flexible hours.
