Sierra Vista Hospital is seeking a talented and dedicated Outpatient Clinical Manager for our Outpatient Services Department in Davis, CA. The Clinical Manager is a leader who strongly believes in the mission of improving access to care and who is skilled in motivating a team to deliver exceptional service. The Outpatient Clinical Manager will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and play a key role in supporting our mission of providing on-going and research based Behavioral Health treatment in a structured therapeutic environment.

The Outpatient Clinical Manager position is a dynamic role that provides both administrative leadership and clinical oversight to a growing multidisciplinary team of RNs, master’s‑level therapists, case managers, and licensed therapists. Our Outpatient Department offers a wide range of programs, including Partial Hospitalization, Dual Diagnosis PHP, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Chemical Dependency IOP, Adolescent PHP, and Adolescent IOP.

Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in a psychiatric and mental health field, with a minimum of two (2) years of advanced clinical or management practice preferred. The position requires have master’s degree in counseling, Psychology or Social Work and has LMFT, LCSW or LPCC.
