You will build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and professional networks while guiding prospects through the decision-making process and helping them find the best solution for their needs. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and is passionate about helping older adults transition into a vibrant senior living community.Key responsibilities include:Drive occupancy growth and achieve community sales and move-in goalsManage and nurture leads through the sales process from inquiry to move-inConduct community tours and provide personalized consultationsBuild relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and local community partnersDevelop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plansMaintain knowledge of community services, pricing, and competitive market trendsAddress questions and overcome objections by demonstrating the value of community livingCollaborate with community leadership to ensure a seamless move-in experienceMaintain accurate lead management and sales activity documentationSupport the Executive Director in achieving occupancy, revenue, and census goalsRequired qualifications include:3+ years of proven sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding goalsStrong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for local networking and outreach activitiesHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred qualifications include:Bachelor's degree or college courseworkSenior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or consultative sales experienceExperience using CRM systems and tracking sales performance metricsAt Sonida, your success is rewarded.
