Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Join a national dry-van fleet operating from Des Moines, IA that prioritizes drivers and safe, steady freight. You’ll run long-haul OTR lanes in late-model trucks (under 3 years) with sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus dependable in-house maintenance support. Typical weekly miles are near 2,500, with mileage pay beginning at 65 CPM and extra incentives for safe driving and clean inspections.

Key responsibilities:

• Move freight safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
• Keep equipment and inspections in top condition.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers.

CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable experience required. Home every two weeks; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
