Complex Trauma-Informed Contract Therapist

Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated Trauma-Informed Therapists to join our growing team! Our nonprofit is committed to providing complex trauma-informed mental health services to justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities. Location: Remote & In-Person (Ohio & Nevada) Pay Range: $40 - $70 per client session *Dependent on Licensure Level Key Responsibilities Provide individual, youth, family, relationship, and/or group therapy utilizing trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Take a self-driven approach to building and maintaining a caseload, including outreach, community engagement, and marketing Collaborate with community partners, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams. Participate in periodic case reviews and peer consultation meetings. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Active independent license or licensure eligibility in Ohio and/or Nevada (LMFT/IMFT, LPC/LPCC, LSW/ LCSW). Experience working with justice/system-impacted individuals, youth, families, and those affected by complex trauma. Self -driven and motivated Training or certification in trauma-focused modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, Somatic, EMDR, NARM, FFT, DBT, or ACT) preferred. Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Why Join Us?
