Make a real difference in students’ lives as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working 37.5 hours per week with a primarily elementary caseload. This exciting contract opportunity near Pottsboro, TX allows you to provide crucial speech and language services to young learners, supporting their growth and academic success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with elementary-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student services
• Consult with staff and families on strategies to foster communication and language development
