The Sales and Marketing Director will lead the company’s B2B growth marketing strategy and marketing-led pipeline generation, with shared ownership across sales and marketing. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will oversee brand management, demand generation, content, digital and social channels, events, partnerships, and marketing performance while guiding a small internal marketing team and providing strategic oversight to agency partners. Success will be measured by pipeline growth, increased brand awareness, marketing-sourced revenue, and channel expansion.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales objectives.
• Drive marketing-led pipeline generation and shared sales and marketing ownership.
• Lead brand management and maintain consistent market positioning.
• Develop demand generation programs across digital, social, event, and partnership channels.
• Oversee content strategy, content marketing, and campaign development.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, and event marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategic partnerships and support channel expansion.
• Measure marketing analytics and optimize programs based on performance insights.
• Lead and develop a small internal marketing team.
• Provide strategic oversight and campaign execution support to agency partners.

 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand management.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience leading teams and managing agency partners.
• Strong strategic communication skills.
• Willingness to travel monthly or quarterly for conferences and industry events.
