Director of Commercial Marketing, Americas - JJMT Neurovascular

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Director of Commercial Marketing to develop and execute commercial strategy across the neurovascular product portfolio in North America. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual commercial marketing strategy aligned with revenue objectives
- Lead product positioning, messaging, and lifecycle management across portfolio
- Oversee regional commercialization for new product launches and market expansion
- Design integrated marketing campaigns and customer education programs
- Monitor business performance through financial and market analytics; present strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Proven commercial marketing leadership experience in medical device or healthcare
- Strategic expertise in product portfolio management and lifecycle planning
- Track record managing product launches and commercialization initiatives
- Strong financial acumen and business analytics capability
- Cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority
