As a Sushi Chef at KOTO TERIYAKI & SUSHI, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes with precision and creativity.
• Ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled with care.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Consistently delivering dishes that meet our high standards for taste and presentation.

We’re seeking someone with a passion for Japanese cuisine and the skills to match. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in food preparation or in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
