Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- Country Club

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America focuses on delivering core banking and investment solutions to clients while developing a personalized advisory career path. Responsibilities Obtain and maintain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within specified timeframes (SIE within 30 days, Series7/66 within 120 days). Acquire, build and manage client relationships across banking customers, small‑business owners and high‑net‑worth individuals. Guide clients through comprehensive financial solutions, present reviews, and recommend strategies to achieve their goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions across Bank of America and Merrill. Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence and adhere to Bank of America’s consultative approach. Progress to Financial Solutions Advisor StageII by deepening portfolio relationships and advancing within BofA and Merrill. Qualifications Proven aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined ability to manage time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions. Strong peer collaboration, effective communication and results‑driven mindset. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technologies. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or one year of financial services or sales experience. Skills Advisory, Account Management, Client Experience, Branding. Customer and Client Focus, Oral Communications, Issue Management, Client Solutions Advisory. Pipeline Management, Active Listening, Attention to Detail, Risk Management. Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Client Management. Causation Analysis, Written Communications. Education Minimum: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Schedule Monday through Friday, some Saturdays required. Example: 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm. Regulatory Compliance Position requires SAFE Act registration for residential loan mortgage originations.
