The overall purpose of this newly created position is to assess and manage support that involves the personal details and needs of a highly successful individual . This position will encompass coordination and management of needs relating to the Principal and his co-parenting of one teen daughter. The position’s primary focus will be to liberate time and energy from the administration and details of his cars, travel management, homes,complex family scheduling and provide overall personal support. Principal is committed to increasing health and fitness and would appreciate support in that area.

Qualifications

• Flexible, resourceful with a passion for "above and beyond" execution
• Proficient in technology preferably Microsoft Outlook
• Relevant experience in personal/executive support for complex high net worth lives
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Passion for service and care of others
• Commitment to excellence
• Calm and gracious demeanor
• Patient, positive, intuitive, enthusiastic, kind, and honest with a love of service.
