Paralegal

Job Description The Assistant Paralegal will support a small team of 2 paralegals by assisting with essential legal tasks primarily related to civil cases. Reporting to a Paralegal Supervisor, this role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure efficient case management and trial preparation within a legal office environment. No travel is required for this position. Responsibilities Conduct legal research to support case strategy Draft, review, and prepare legal documents Manage and organize case files and related documents Communicate with clients to obtain and relay information Assist with trial preparation and court filing processes Handle data entry and document review tasks accurately Maintain calendar management for deadlines and appointments Provide administrative support to the paralegal team and supervisor Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal work experience Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and case management Strong legal writing and communication skills Effective time management and attention to detail Competency in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated critical thinking abilities Company Description Receptionist / Legal Assistant for fast paced high volume law office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
