Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced legal team where your work truly makes an impact?

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience to support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process.


Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury case files from intake through resolution
  
  
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
  
  
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and other case documentation
  
  
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
  
  
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
  
  
• Maintain deadlines and ensure accurate case management
  
  

Qualifications:
2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience with legal case management software is a plus
