Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Lead, coach, and manage onsite staff
• Maximize occupancy through leasing and resident retention
• Ensure rent collection, delinquency management, and financial performance
• Handle resident concerns professionally and effectively
• Coordinate maintenance operations and capital improvement projects
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Prepare reports, budgets, and manage operating expenses
• Build a positive team culture while driving accountability

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience REQUIRED
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with rent collections, occupancy growth, and resident relations
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, RealPage, or similar)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
