Role Description The Assistant role at Golden Games Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Deerfield Beach Florida. The Assistant will support daily operations, including organizing schedules, coordinating live-stream sessions, preparing product information and materials, and assisting with inventory and order processing. This role includes handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the production team during live broadcasts. The Assistant will collaborate with team members across operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth workflows and timely communication. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong sense of ownership over tasks, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email tools) and comfort working with digital platforms and live-stream technologies. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing communication. Attention to detail in handling product information, documentation, and inventory records. Ability to work effectively on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Customer service experience or experience in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or live-stream environment is beneficial. Interest in precious metals, collectibles, or investments is a plus, with willingness to learn product details.
