Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed? We're looking for a motivated Business Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our platform while identifying opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
Visit customer locations to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities to expand product usage.
Monitor account health, provide regular reporting, and proactively address customer needs.
Identify opportunities for customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, sales, or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across multiple departments.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
Professional, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
