Your Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a skilled crew in sheet metal ensuring top-quality work and safety. Coordinate effectively with other trades for seamless project execution. Manage materials, tools, and job costs to drive efficiency and productivity. Represent your team in strategic discussions and daily huddles. Clear background check and drug screening. High School diploma or equivalent OSHA 30 Certification.
