SSP Demolition, Inc. is seeking an experienced, high-energy  Demolition Foreman to lead our field operations and crew members on regional demolition projects. In this role, you will be responsible for job site safety, productivity, and hands-on execution of daily tasks. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 per year , depending on experience.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Demolition Foreman
• Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: 2215 Greenspring Dr. Timonium, MD 21093

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Management: Direct, supervise, and motivate daily field crews to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently.
• On-Site Safety Leadership: Enforce OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, skid steers, loaders) for selective or total structural demolition.
• Torching & Burning: Perform and supervise oxy-acetylene torch cutting/burning for structural steel processing and dismantling.
• Site Coordination: Oversee daily job site setup, structural knockdowns, debris separation, and load-out logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of demolition or construction experience, with a proven track record in a leadership/foreman role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient as both a heavy equipment operator and a torch burner.
• Communication: Strong leadership and verbal communication skills;  bilingual preferred to effectively direct diverse crews.
• Certifications: OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certification is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to read blueprints, assess structural integrity, and handle on-site challenges quickly.
